I just arrived back from a visit to Hong Kong in late February. Before going more into detail with a comprehensive article, I first wish to thank Wing Chun Master Sam Lau (Lau Dai Si) and Sifu Max Lau. We met for a photosession and an interview in their Kung Fu school in Kowloon. Sam Lau is a chosen disciple of Grandmaster Yip Man (1893-1972). Together with his son Max he teaches Yip Man’s genuine style of Wing Chun to the next generations.
